The High Sheriff of Lancashire, Mrs Caroline Reynolds, poses with members of Lancashire Probation Trust’s Skelmersdale office after she presented them their team of the year award at the Trust’s annual STARS awards event.
The awards are held every year to recognise the achievements of probation staff throughout Lancashire.
The Skelmersdale team won for their contribution towards lowering crime in the Skelmersdale area; through their successful work with offenders to change their offending behaviour and help them give something back to the community.
